Our Story

It started by restoring an old “5 & 10 Store” in historic Bedford, PA.  We wanted to offer the best brand names in clothing, firearms and footwear under one roof.   Our mission was to create a place that would become a destination.  Where folks would come from all over to see the large display of fine firearms and fly fishing gear as well as the best outdoor apparel.

The top floor of the store would be a place to browse high quality attire and footwear, featuring names such as Patagonia, Filson, Orvis, Arc’teryx, Vineyard Vines and many more.

In addition to the great brands, we wanted the most important aspect of our store to be a customer service philosophy that didn’t stop at the point of sale. This philosophy must be working as Cove Creek Outfitters has become one of the top dealers of Browning, Orvis, Blaser, Beretta, and Cooper Firearms!
